What It Looks Like
One-on-one discipleship usually happens online once a week for about an hour. It is a real conversation centered on Jesus, Scripture, and your growth. It includes open conversation, listening, honest questions, Scripture applied to your life, prayer, and practical next steps.
One Leader Doesn't Do All The Work.
We believe that a leader equips other believers to do the work so that all believers are fulfilling the great commission. You are called to reach people your pastors could never reach.
Our training (available online and in-person) will teach you to be a "creative communicator" just like Jesus. You won't learn a rigid script; you will learn how to listen to the Holy Spirit, relate to the person in front of you, and guide everyday conversations toward spiritual truth.
